The jets are strong and the water stays hot without any issues. Shocking, I know, something actually works the way it’s supposed to. Overall, really happy with it.

Grabbed some spare filters and a few small bits from stromspa.com after setting up the spa. Found what I needed fast, checkout was straightforward.
Arrived well packed, everything fit and worked fine. Nothing dramatic, just a smooth order. I’d use them again for filters and little extras.

The spa itself heats up fine and looks decent, so no complaints there, but wow, the noise is a lot. The pump/air blower is loud even with the cover off, and at night we can hear it from inside the house. I contacted support and they basically said something like “some noise is normal during operation,” which I get, but this feels way beyond normal to me. It’s hard to relax in it when the whole thing is buzzing away, which is really disappointing

The first thing I noticed was the jet pressure, it’s definitely stronger than the ones in my old tub, which made the soak feel a lot better right away. It did take me a little time to figure out how to adjust them exactly the way I like, but once I got them dialed in, I was really happy with it overall.
